My career started in a newsroom, inside the media industry, where there's no hiding behind good production if the story itself isn't clear. That instinct has stayed with me through nearly a decade since, working across content, production, and directly with brands.
Working that closely, again and again, I noticed the same gap. Brands often hadn't actually worked out the narrative they wanted to tell their own audience. Fewer still had a strategy built to carry that narrative consistently, across every piece of content they put out.
The content itself was rarely the problem. It was usually well made. What was missing was the story underneath it, clear enough that the brand could say it the same way, on purpose, every time.
A brand can't communicate clearly to its audience until it's clear, internally, about what it actually wants to say.
Because of how closely I've worked with brands and the audiences they're trying to reach, Narrivo starts every engagement the same way: with communication. Finding the narrative. Building the strategy to carry it.
Creative execution comes only after that, once there's a clear story worth executing and a strategy that tells us exactly how it should show up.
From there, the work splits into two paths. Some brands just need that direction, and already have the team to run with it. Others need us to see it through, coordinating, supervising, and producing the content itself.
Either way, the goal is the same: everything the brand puts into the world says the same true thing.
